Refund policy

RETURNING YOUR ORDER 
Please note Hats, Caps, Headbands and Socks can not be returned. 
 
1. Fill out the returns card that came in your package. 
You'll find a returns form on the back of the Finalbend card that came with your order. If you want to return or exchange an item, please fill out this form on the card.
We've added an example line at the top to show you how to use it.

2. Post it!
Once you have filled out the card, pop it into the package with the item/items you want to return or exchange and post it to:

3. Get Refunded!
Once your return is received and inspected we will issue your refund!
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be.
 
If you have lost the returns card.
In the case that you have not got a Finalbend card in your package, or it's lost, that's no problem.
Simply email us returns@finalbendfitness.com with your order number, name and if it's an exchange or refund. Don't forget to tell us why you're sending it back.
 
Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, clean, with tags and in the same condition with original packaging that you received it in. 
Gift Cards are not refundable.
To complete your return, fill out the returns card that came in your package with your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange, along with the reason. If you are exchanging and item/items, please ensure you tell us which item you would like instead along with size, colour etc.
 
Refunds (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, clean, with tags and in the same condition with original packaging that you received in. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be.

Where a change of size is needed we can happily facilitate this where possible.



Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

*please add your name, order number and if you wish to exchange or refund the item on a slip of paper inside the package. *You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
